To provide value for blockchain startups and F500 companies while providing Blockchain at Michigan students with meaningful industry experience

What We Offer

In the blockchain ecosystem, companies' biggest constraint usually isn't capital, but talent. BAM Consulting fills in the gaps for your company. We offer initial market research, customer discovery, design, and/or technical prototyping (depending on your needs). This usually takes one of two forms:

1. Leveraged Talent: are you working on a project that just can't finish fast enough? Do you wish you could leverage your time 10x? With BAM Consulting, you'll get a team dedicated to helping you accomplish your deliverables.
2. Outsourced Innovation: do you want to work on a project but aren't sure if it's worth your team's time and energy? BAM Consulting treats your idea as their startup, operating an agile methodology to test your riskiest assumptions.

The Details

Who'll be on your team? Are they even capable of handling a project with your high standards?

• Teams are composed of 5 team members, working 5 hours/person/week. (This is negotiable.)
• Teams usually consist of a mix of technical and product-oriented members. (This is negotiable) All understand the grander blockchain narrative and have prior experience with developing in Solidity.
  • Most have prior experience consulting for other companies. At the very least, they've gone through Blockchain at Michigan's extensive education curriculum and delivered a Cohort Project (available upon request).
  • Teams are mentored by BAM Heads Ishaan Hiranandani and Colin Finkbeiner.
• Projects last 10 weeks. (This is negotiable.)
  • We currently have two project timelines: September-November and February-April.
